REBUILDING TOGETHER, LOCKHEED MARTIN TEAM UP
TO REPAIR HOME OF U.S. NAVY VETERAN
Fort McCoy, Florida, resident to receive
much-needed home repairs as part of National Rebuilding Month
WHAT:
Non-profit Rebuilding Together and global security and aerospace company Lockheed Martin are teaming up for National Rebuilding Month to provide critical home repairs for Diane, the widow of a U.S. Navy veteran. The repairs will be provided at no cost to Diane and will allow her to remain safely in her home.
Over the years, it has become difficult for Diane to maintain her home and property on her own, so she reached out to Veterans Helping Veterans in Ocala, Florida, for assistance. Along with their support, Lockheed Martin and Rebuilding Together will provide substantial improvements to Diane’s home including cleaning its exterior, removing over- growth and weeds from the property, trimming shrubs and trees, and preparing the interior for new flooring.
